Primrose Schools today announced that Primrose School of Buford and Primrose School of Gainesville have been selected from more than 200 schools nationwide as Approved Onsite Training Schools. In this important role, franchise owners John and Jenifer McKnight will serve as key lead instructors and mentors, along with members of the schools' management teams, in training new Primrose franchise owners.

The McKnight's were chosen to serve in this important capacity based on multiple criteria, including their schools' outstanding scores on Primrose Schools Standard of Excellence Accreditation (SEA). The SEA is Primrose's internal quality assurance review of its schools evaluating performance on 50 standards in four key areas: business management, education and professional development (including all areas of health and safety), campus environment, as well as marketing and communication. The McKnight's consistent implementation of the Primrose Balanced LearningR curriculum and programming in the schools, their willingness to work with other franchise owners, their involvement in the local community, and the depth of training they currently provide staff members were other key factors in the extensive selection process.

After these locations were selected to serve as Approved Onsite Training Schools, the McKnight's completed an extensive two-day workshop led by Primrose national training team at the brand's corporate campus in Georgia.

"John and Jenifer have extensive wealth of knowledge and experience as successful Primrose Schools franchise owners, and we are proud to recognize Primrose School of Buford and Primrose School of Gainesville as Approved Onsite Training Schools," said Dr. Mary Zurn, Vice President of Education and Professional Development for Primrose Schools. "We want children who graduate from our schools to be well-rounded and ready to succeed academically, socially, emotionally, physically and creatively in elementary school. In order to accomplish this goal, we must provide high quality, on-going training for the franchise owners responsible for bringing the Primrose Balanced LearningR curriculum and programming to life in our schools nationwide."

Exceptional training for new and existing franchise owners, school management team members, and school staff members is what sets Primrose apart from other preschools nationwide. Franchise owners and staff members are not just trained when they first join Primrose; they receive an extensive Continual Learning Path and supporting training materials as part of ongoing training as continual learning never stops for franchise owners, staff members and of course, students at Primrose Schools nationwide.
