The mission of Amigos for Christ is to serve the Lord by serving his poor. To accomplish this, we use a development model which stresses the importance of Water and Sanitation, Health Care, Education and Nutrition, Small Business Opportunities, Community Development and Infrastructure, and Missionary and Volunteer Support.

We are headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, U.S.A. Each week on a Saturday or Sunday morning we host a Cars And Coffee event at different locations around town. Come and join "Us' at any one of them as we work to benefit a worthy cause in your local community. Dedicated automobile and motorcycle enthusiasts get together to make a difference and help a worthy cause in their community and we begin in the morning but not so early that it's hard to wake up and smell the coffee!

The Foster Children’s Foundation is a 501 C 3 non-profit organization who provides services to foster youth ages birth to 21 years old and those children who are at risk of entering the foster care system. We have a Mentoring Program for Teens called Tomorrow Matters®, a Resource Center where children can get clothing, hygiene products and other basic needed supplies and we host events throughout the year.
By engaging the community we can change the lives of local children in need.

Harmony Academy is dedicated to improving the care and education of children six weeks to 12 years of age. Harmony Academy delivers a unique family experience and we believe strongly in community involvement to maximize growth and development. At The Goddard School®, our warm, loving atmosphere features a program designed to enhance the emotional, social, intellectual, and physical development of children from six weeks to six years old. The purpose of Good Samaritan Ministries, Inc. is to help those in prison and after release to be set free from the influence of alcohol and drug addiction, to achieve healing and wholeness, and become productive members of society.

Why are we focusing on people in prison? Because this is a serious problem. The recidivism rate or the rate that people wind up back in prison is over 50%.

The standards set by SACS are much higher than any childcare accreditors; such as NAEYC (the National Association for the Education of Young Children). The primary purpose of Serenity House is to provide a friendly, clean and safe environment for 12-step group and service organization meetings.

Everyday volunteers for St Monica's St Vincent de Paul Society are active helping in our community. Lives are touched, spirits are lifted and hope is given to people of all ethnicities and backgrounds. Nothing is received in return, sometimes a thank you or warm smile.

Tim Stewart Funeral Home, a family-owned funeral home, has been providing the Lawrenceville, Georgia area with compassionate and quality funeral care service since 1979. Tim Stewart, President and Owner, has been working in the funeral business since he was 14 years old.

Our first location, in Lawrenceville, was built in 1979 and after years of community support we were able to build a larger facility in 1993. Our second location, in Snellville, was built in 1995. Our third location, in Loganville, was built in 1999. Mr. Stewart purchased the fourth location, in Buford, in 2004, which is now Tapp/Tim Stewart Funeral Home.

Led by President Bill Harris, Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 772 has gained recognition throughout Northeast Georgia. Members are respected in the community and are known for our good works.
