Historic Buford Spring Festival on Saturday, May 1st will be the best ever! 

We have a full day of fantastic stage performances, vendors/exhibitors, kids’ activities, a BBQ cook off and an evening wine tasting. Look at some of the things we have planned below...

On Stage (11am to 9pm)
We have a full day of acts including 10 Steps Back, Lucas County Band, Capital City Express, Miriam Wyms, Metro Jazz Club, Dan Coy, Deacon Brandon Reeves Band and the King Daddy Pole Cats. Sprinkled in there we also have North Gwinnett Middle & High School, Peachtree Ridge High and Flowery Branch High Jazz bands. And to spice things up, we'll have a Choi Kwang Do martial arts demonstration and a Girli Girl spring fashion show. Entertainment starts @ 11am and ends @ 9pm.   

Vendor/Exhibitor Booths (11am to 9pm)
We have a large and eclectic variety of exhibitors, vendors, food and kids activities slated for the day. There will be something for every age, so bring the whole family.

BBQ Cook-off (judging ends @ 2:30pm) 
The North Atlanta Metro Assoc. of Realtors will be putting on their 1st Annual BBQ Cook-off at the festival. So come hungry and judge some of the best homemade BBQ pork in Georgia. There is a per person charge for the cook-off samplings.

The Bona Allen Wine Tasting (6pm to 8pm)

This will be the best wine tasting event we've done yet! BIll & Vonda Hope of Wines at Home has set-up several independent wine vineyards and distributors to be involved. You'll have dozens of different wines to sample from and ticket price also includes a fantastic sampling of gourmet foods especially prepared to be pair with the wines. Also included is your own sampling wine glass with event logo. Entertainment furnished by Gayle Mack & Second Faze Band along with Hudi, a violinist extraordinaire. THIS WILL SELL OUT! Only 250 tickets to be sold. The wine tasting is from 6pm to 8pm on the grounds of the Historic Bona Allen Mansion right behind the festival amphitheater on Main St.
